Cancellation Policy

You can cancel at any time before your appointment starts. If you’re running late, we offer a 10 minute grace period. After that, your appointment may be cancelled and you’ll be invited to book another through our website. We do not offer walk-in appointments—booking is required. If you can’t make it to your appointment, please cancel it as soon as possible so we can open it to someone else.
